Definitely lucked up on finding this spot! AFFORDABLE, quiet, clean, close to highways.... Response time to any questions I had was very fast. I'd stay here again. I would suggest working out a bathroom schedule with other roommates.

Great, quiet place to stay! Quick access to all major highways! If you're looking for a great place with all the amenities, this is the place! Will is a great landlord who makes the whole process easy by offering multiple ways to pay rent and no hassles if you need to extend your stay! Highly recommend!

The property is nice. There is a washer and dryer on site in the basement. For the price, the room and shared bathroom are worth it. Also there are state of the art appliances in the kitchen if you like to cook. The bedroom that I slept in, door did not close all the way. There are black out curtains on the windows, and the bed is comfortable. Sometimes sharing the bathroom was difficult when I got off of work because I work night shift. Keep that in mind if you also work nights and want to shower as soon as you get off work. Overall, the landlord kept to himself. You hardly notice he is there. It is quiet. The other tenant across the hall is friendly. I recommend this property if you work in Kansas/Missouri and are looking for an affordable place to stay. Also it is clean.
