Custom built in 2023, this carriage house sits behind the owner's residence right off of Main Street in quaint Louisville, CO. Plenty of local eateries, coffee shops, and shopping. One block from weekly Farmer's Market. Parks and access to Coal Creek Trail within a few blocks. Park-like yard.

I stayed in this rental with my teenage daughter for four months after relocating from out of state while house hunting. I have nothing but great things to say about the space, the landlords, and the area. Louisville is so charming, and we were sad to leave. The walkability is unbeatableright on Main St. with restaurants, shops, and coffee nearby. Great access to trails, and the DASH bus to Boulder stops right out front. The space is newly built, clean, and perfect for one person (a bit cozy for two, but we managed!). The bed is comfy, and there's a sofa bed for guests. We cooked simple meals with the air fryer and cooktop. The landlords are lovelykind, responsive, and respectful of privacy. Even after moving, I still join them for local trivia! If you know sports, say sothe trivia team could use you! Id give more stars if I could. Truly no downside to staying here.

I lived here for about 6 months and would definitely recommend it! The area is quiet & the landlords have blackout blinds in the windows, so it was easy to sleep there. Everything in the place is brand new & the bathroom has a heated fan, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the place is close to lots of nice restaurants & coffee shops!
