Great Spot

I lived here through the summer and fall and it was such a great experience. The apartment came stocked with bedding, towels, cleaning supplies, a hair dryer etc. Great spot if you have a dog, as you'll have your own private entry door + a private fenced in yard. Short walk from the blue line and ferries. So many beautiful parks and places to walk nearby. Also across the street from an incredible and affordable produce market! I felt very safe here and would definitely return in the future!

Great apartment!

I lived at this apartment for over a year and had a great time. The apartment is spacious, comes furnished and has no problems overall. The loved the location as well. Its near the water front and a lot of good restaurants, stores etc and also close to the T. The landlord is good too. He was always very responsive with any maintenance work and fixes. I would definitely live here again.

Great Find

The apartment was clean and comfortable with private outdoor space that is hard to come by in Boston. I felt very safe as a single woman living alone. The property is wonderful and so close to anywhere I needed to get to via foot? train, Uber, or car. Theres a supermarket, Marshalls, CVS, 7-11, coffee shops, train, and restaurants all within a 3-5 min walk. Theres even an adorable local shop on the other side of the street where Ive picked up some great items. If you have a car, just be mindful of signs for street cleanings. The city wont give you permit parking, but I never had an issue outside of forgetting to move mine for street cleaning. Cody was a wonderful landlord, very responsive and accommodating.
