A beautiful quiet haven in Glendale

This house is on a very quiet neighborhood in Glendale with easy access to Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Manchester Road and the 44 freeway. It has bedrooms on the first and second floor, including an amazing first floor master bed and bath, and the furnishings throughout are wonderful. There is a secluded patio at the back of the house that is great for having breakfast or lunch outside. The owners were a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with our two large dogs. We rented the house for six months after we relocated to St Louis while we were looking for a house to buy. Highly recommended!

Cozy, Quiet, Beautiful Apartment

Homeowners are wonderful to work with, great communication and very responsive to any questions I had or any issues that needed to be addressed. They did an excellent job of supplying the apartment with all necessary big & little items like soap, shampoo, first aid kit, hair dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags, not to mention the kitchenette had dishes, cups, utensils, refrigerator, Keurig. There are many places to get food nearby, even a few within walking distance! The apartment is stunning in a cozy, quiet & safe neighborhood. I felt like I lived in a 4-star hotel. The place is full of natural light, shutters open to beautiful scenery, patio in the front & lovely patio in back which was great space to sit and relax after work. Comfy king size bed & pillows. TV in bedroom and main living room. Just bring your clothes and move right on in. I am an RN and very particular and this place met & exceeded my expectations. Short 15-20 minute drive to BJC/WashU/SLU.
