Ideal for Long-Term Professionals

I stayed in this studio for a few months while on a travel assignment, and it felt like home from day one. The newly remodeled space is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a long-term staycomfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of storage. The location is perfect for professionals, with quick access to hospitals, grocery stores, and public transportation. The gated community is peaceful and secure, with resort-like amenities such as a pool, gym, and clubhouse. The landlord was fantasticquick to respond and always available to help. If youre looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained space for an extended stay, this is the place!

Great Location

I stayed at this lovely studio for 1 month. Although it is small its great for 1 person. Location is close to downtown 15 mins and other beach areas 10-25 mins. The apartment is renovated nicely. The building is a bit older. Great walking path across the street and coffee about a block a way. Point Loma is a pretty quiet area in that section which is nice . Olga was easy to work with and very communicative.
