Great introduction to Columbia

I stayed here for about three months this past summer. I had a summer job at USC and commuted to the university 5 days a week. The landlord is kind, accommodating, and respectful of shared spaces. I felt safe for the entirety of my stay and there's a Food Lion and Aldi right outside the neighborhood for groceries. While there were few, any concerns or issues were addressed either promptly or within 48 hours. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet, comfort, and a manageable commute to the city.
