Great location!

This rental has a great location—walking distance from Carytown restaurants and shops, 4 grocery stores, pharmacies, the post office, playgrounds if you have kids, and the local library. Sam is a very responsive and considerate landlord. The street is quiet and feels safe. The house is neat and well-maintained. It’s easy to get on the highway and in and out of town. Would highly recommend.

Retreat Really Great

This house is so many houses all in one! You have the feel of a residential neighborhood in the heart of the city! Its quiet yet eventful. Shops are walking distance, and any style of dining and entertainment is available within walking!!!! Great parking in well enough space for two cars. Great neighbors! The characteristics of the house are distinctly hand picked and polished to match a vibe! Loved from day one and will miss it! Perfect place to get away for awhile for locals too!

This house is very nice small but perfect for work my favorite part is how comfortable the beds are. Plenty of street parking and a spot behind the house. The owners are very nice people. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel its a safe neighborhood. Great location close to restaurants and stores.
