Excellent Host and Condo

Andrea was wonderful to work with—quick to respond during booking and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The condo is in an excellent part of town, perfectly situated for easy access to all the events happening in downtown Houston. I’m already hoping I land another contract in the area so I can stay here again. Thank you, Andrea, for being such a hospitable host!

I would highly recommend the Cozy Condo if you are planning on staying in Houston for any prolonged period. It is a nice, spacious unit in a gated complex. The area is very safe and quiet; I would know, I stayed for 7 months and had zero issues throughout my entire stay. The complex is large enough to jog and walk around if you like, and safe even in the middle of the night. Having your own private, enclosed garage is also a huge plus (personal washer and dryer too). This is also a very good location, quick and easy access to many nearby shopping centers and restaurants, Reliant Stadium is just a few minutes walk down the street, the Medical Center is a very short drive, and you can easily pick up 610 to get on the highway. Andrea and her husband are wonderful hosts who were very quick and responsive towards any issues, very good communicators, and are very sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Cozy condo!!

I stayed here for 6 months after moving to Texas for a work assignment. Andrea made everything easy for me from start to finish! The condo had everything I needed for my time there and the space was perfect for me! Any small issue was addressed immediately by andrea and she is super quick with communication and details. Id definitely stay here again!
