Amazing place

I loved staying here. I met some cool people while I was travel nursing in Wichita. Everyone is nice and respectful. Sally is wonderful and so helpful with whatever you need. 10/10 recommend!

Historic Beauty!

I saw this place on furnished finders and I have a love for Victorian homes. I took the chance and rented a room for my travel nurse assignment. As soon as I pulled up to the house my heart jumped for joy. I walked through the common areas and was just in love. I was in the grey room and it was the perfect size for just me. The bird bath bathroom was my favorite and the shower heads in the shower were so lux. It was as if I was receiving a massage and the water so nice and hot. It was very relaxing after a shift. The big porch is where I would sit and have my morning coffee. I met other travel nurses It was like forest gumps moms house when she rented to passer Byers. Did not get to meet Elvis, you never know who youll meet. I met people who I became friends with. If I come back to Wichita Ill def look at renting here again. Thank you Sally and Kathy for such a great experience. My husband took pics of me on the front porch for the memory.

I LOVE THIS HOUSE & DEAR ROOMMATES! Sally& Kathy are the BEST LANDLORDS! They worked hard on this beautiful place. I'm very happy to have stayed here. located close to the hospitals. Great crew cleans every two weeks. Home is historic,beautiful.Everyone's respectful of privacy. If you want company, just meet up in the kitchen or parlor. Each room has own character & charm. My rm has records & record player. THE KITCHEN GREAT. EACH OF THE FOUR BATHROOMS, VERY NICE. It's quiet. HUGE basement nice washer/dryer. Just clean up after yourself. relax on porch,in the parlor. good feeling to know you're safe,not alone. draw,paint,play music. The difference is the way the home makes you feel. beds comfortable. HUGE CLOSETS. EVERY THING YOU NEED IS HERE, hand soap, TP, paper towels, dishes & more. you will love this place. Fun Community!

This community was super fun! I got to know a few people in the house and we would go thrifting together or do pilates together. The house was decorated nicely and the landlord was willing to find solutions to problems the house needed. You will have quite a few roommates here, so I recommend a willingness to communicate and be a part of a community! Everyone was working, so the house was always quiet after 10PM. Since this only started in June 2023, I imagine it will be at 5 stars soon! To get a fifth star, I think there needs to be some better management of community tasks and roommate habits. People were always kind, and I never felt unsafe, but there would occasionally be a few bumps while people figured out living in the house together.
