Exceptional Apartment, Outstanding Host

I've had the absolute pleasure of living with Marni for the past 8 months, and I cannot recommend her, or her apartment, highly enough. As a young, recent college graduate new to the city, I was a little overwhelmed at first, but Marni immediately made me feel welcome and at home. From day one, she went above and beyond, showing me her favorite local spots to eat, introducing me to pickleball, and always maintaining a warm, friendly, and respectful environment. Marni keeps the apartment spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn't be better, every major stop in Manhattan is within 30 minutes by transit, and theres an endless selection of restaurants, parks, and activities nearby. Beyond being a fantastic roomie, Marni has become a lifelong friend. Shes generous, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the people she lives with. If you have the chance to stay here, whether short-term or long-term, take it. This apartment is a gem, and Marni is an even bigger one.

Great Value

Host was welcoming and wonderful to work with before, during, and after the stay. She was communicative throughout. Apartment was clean and value is excellent. Location is near multiple NYC hospitals and easy to access with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and subway stations nearby.

Perfect location

M was a wonderful hostess. She made the room very cozy and inviting. For being a NYC apartment, the area is surprisingly quiet. Multiple hospitals within just a couple blocks, making it ideal for a healthcare traveler such as myself. Many different types of restaurants and businesses nearby. Wish I could have stayed longer!
