Great Place to Live

My wife and I enjoyed living here the last 7 months. The living space is open, bright and spacious. Mike and Brittany were great landlords. They were very responsive in the event we had any issues. It's in a great location, near the ocean, many restaurants, grocery stores and a short drive to SLO. The Arroyo Grande village is close by and one of our favorites. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Safe, cozy and close to the ocean!

I can't say enough praise about my 9 months living here in Grover Beach as a travel RN. 1. Mike and Brittany were very kind and easy going landlords. They were very responsive to any of my text messages and questions and if there was any thing extra I needed or any problem, it would be addressed or fixed within a day. 2. The apartment itself was perfect for one person or two if you are a couple. Very spacious, very clean, all the amenities you need to live while traveling, and VERY safe. I occasionally, if not always, left my private entrance door unlocked. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is filled with people out walking their dogs and enjoying the outdoors. 3. LOCATION! SLO county is full of activities! I was never bored on my days off! Location is close to Hwy 101 for commuting and a 3min drive from door to the beach! I drove to the beach almost every evening to watch the gorgeous sunset and have a bonfire! Truly a treat to stay at this property
