Perfect even during the off-season

I stayed here for three months at the beginning of the year while completing an internship, and it was a great experience. The cottage was comfortable and reliable, with consistent hot water and heat—even during heavy snowstorms. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the Cape Cod Mall and nearby grocery stores. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay part-time in the Cape.

Perfect cottage

I had a wonderful three-month stay at this Cape Cod beach cottage while working only an 8 minute drive to the hospital. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with great attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal—peaceful and charming, yet close to the hospital and everything I needed. The host, Nina was always helpful, responsive, and kind, which made my stay stress-free from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to any traveling professional and would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Ninas cottage for 7 months and can't say enough good things! It was the perfect size for my gf and I! There was plenty of room to have guests over as well. It is clean, well kept, and extremely modern. Located in the perfect location on the cape. Nina is a fantastic, receptive landlord. Can't recommend staying here enough!
