This is a 3 story "skinny" new build; all hard wood flooring, nice bright lighting and tall ceilings. 2nd floor includes kitchen/bathroom and 3rd floor are two guest bedrooms. The host and her cat occupy the ground level and is available should you need her. This property does have stairs but there are rails. At this time it is an all female rental space.

Great Location
Location is great, close to mainly all large grocery chains and shopping mall. Property is clean and safe. There is only one spot for parking but street parking is always available and my car was fine and safe parking there. Landlord doesnt live in the property just us tennants and it was great. Our main contact is Amber and shes great. Comes to clean common areas and shes attentive whenever theres a problem in the house, ahe gets it fixed as soon as possibe. Great experience overall.

great stay
this is a modern wonderful townhome with plenty of space. Amber the manager is so sweet and will help you navigate Nashville and its surroundings. The full size rooms had plenty of space with great andjus work desk a long with bright bathroom. The Master bedroom is more than worth the upgrade with additional space and large walk in shower. Has all the feels of home and highly recommended.

A Nashville Gem: Comfort, Convenience, and a Host with a Heart
After a challenging start at another location, I was thrilled to discover this space available for the duration of my assignment in Nashville. If you're a travel healthcare professional needing a cozy haven post-shift, this place strikes a superb balance between comfort and convenience. It's perfect for anyone in search of an easy, stress-free living situation. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, ensuring peaceful nights. Although parking can occasionally be a bit of a juggle, the other tenant and I managed well with opposite schedules, allowing us to take turns parking right in front of the house. The host, A, lives on-site and is truly a gem. She's a wonderful person who is ready to assist with anything you might needor give you all the space you want. Her presence alone makes the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this spot to anyone headed to Nashville for work. It's a place I will gladly choose again if I return.
