This is a quiet area. The community is gated with many retirees who are visible by day and quiet at night. The only day it is noisy is when the lawn company does the landscaping on Tuesday. This is a great area to walk, run, or bike, and there is a fitness center on the premises. There is also a library at the fitness center to read and return books on your own.

Private bedroom and bathroom upstairs with no other bedrooms upstairs; comfortable, full bed with desk/table in alcove, and a large closet. The room is large and comfortable with plenty of room for clothing in a large dresser and two chest of drawers.

Awesome!
I had a very positive experience renting from Jill. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The home is in a nice gated community—definitely a plus! Overall, she was approachable, easy to get along with, and created a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Jill was a wonderful host. She made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Having the upstairs space gave me the privacy I was looking for, while still allowing for friendly interactions with Jill in the shared areas. The location is excellent as it's in a secure, gated community and just a short drive to the mall, stores, downtown, and about 45 minutes from Tybee Island. There's also a sweet dog on the property, which added a warm and homey touch. Parking was super convenient with a spot available in the driveway. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located stay.

Great property
J was great. I felt safe in the gated community, as well as having the entire upstairs to myself was nice for privacy reasons. She was always there if I needed something, but I hardly saw her due to conflicting schedules.

PERFECT....PERFECT.....PERFECT!!!!!!!!!
I rented this one room in this secure, gated, quiet, lovely home for my daughter while she was in an advanced nursing program with Ga Southern in Savannah and I can't tell you what a BLESSING it was to find Jill B. and her home for my daughter to live. I could feel comfortable knowing that she was in a beautiful, quiet, gated, retired community very close to campus where she could focus on studying and I didn't have to worry about her safety. this was TRULY an answer to a prayer. If you are looking for a similar situation, I PROMISE YOU......... I GIVE YOU MY WORD......YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED HERE. THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPEREIENCE AND I AM SO GRATEUL TO HAVE FOUND JILL AND HER PROPERTY. THANK YOU JILL FOR LOOKING AFTER MY CHILD AND GIVING HER A SAFE PLACE T STAY. I WILL FOREVER OWE YOU!!!!
