This is a fully furnished room with brand new furniture including a queen sized bed, dresser, mirror, hamper, blackout curtains, fire TV, hangars, laundry supplies, and fresh towels. It's a private room and shared bath with my other tenant who is a pre-med student, clean, and very respectful. Other shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, office, and garage.
