Beautiful Condo

We had such a wonderful 5 month stay here! David was very professional and easy to work with. My husband, myself, and our 2 pups stayed here from August 2025 - December 2025. The house was very well maintained. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. The neighborhood and amenities were great. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking and would definitely use David's property again in the future.

Perfect stay

I stayed here for 2 months while transitioning from the east coast and waiting for my house to be built. The landlord is very quick to respond before, during, and after my stay. One of the main selling points is the (detached) garage. The area is very clean and safe. Plenty of shopping and services nearby. If you are a cyclist, runner, or walker, there is an extensive trail system literally right outside the front door. I bought a bike within a week of moving in and enjoyed many rides during my stay. The only complaint I have, and this is just a personal preference thing, is that the AC couldn't compete with the hot summer temperatures upstairs. I like a cool room for sleeping, and it just couldn't cool down enough. So, I simply made the downstairs room both my bedroom and office. Problem solved. Now that I have my own house in the area, I would hope to not need a short-term rental again. But should I need somewhere to stay temporarily, this would be my first choice.

great place to stay!

We (2 people) stayed here for the winter and had a great experience! The landlord was awesome and very prompt when needed (which was rare). The garage is a nice add-on to help with storage of bigger, less used items. The location is very convenient. It is about 15 min (20ish during busy times) drive to the Aurora Hospital and surrounding outpatient clinics. We loved being a little away from the busy-ness of the city but close enough that everything was a quick drive. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

A beautiful, warm property with a friendly property manager

I stayed in this condo for 3 months during the summer. The condo is very clean, warm and welcoming. It is decorated in a very cute, contemporary style. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. The property manager, D, was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants close by. It was a wonderful summer!
