Victorian 1 Bedroom 1 Office Pet Friendly 10 Min From Hospitals

The outside of the house is absolutely adorable- during my stay I had several people walk by the house talking about how cute it is. The inside is decorated so stylishly, the windows are huge, the ceilings are high, and it has so many charming features. Hard to believe, but it looks even better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked which was really important to me. It's also super conveniently located and just a short walk to restaurants and cafes downtown, but still easy access to the interstate/highways to get around town too. It's super quiet and cozy- very homey feeling unlike some other short term stays that are sparsely decorated or have a sterile vibe. I also felt really safe here. Lastly, the landlord is so kind and so communicative. She addressed any issue super fast, and was all around lovely to interact with. Truly no negatives, I would stay here again in a heart beat.

I loved staying here for three months! The landlord is extremely friendly and attentive and answers any questions or concerns quickly. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in the property and does whatever she can to make you comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated in a cool, unique style and kept very clean with a beautiful garden. It has everything that you would need; dishes, pots and pans, a dishwasher, shower. It is located on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown and the river trail. You are also only 10 minutes drive from the outdoors if you like hiking or running. It is 4 minutes drive to either hospital. I'm so happy I rented here!
