    We recently restored this sweet Folk Victorian home back to her well deserving beauty and charm. For fun we the landlords enjoy making music, hiking to the nearby waterfalls, camping, walking our sweet dog at the dog friendly and off leash dog parks, walking to the nearby Sacramento River, swimming and exploring the downtown fun events, riding our bikes and daily meditation. We live next door and are community minded people and promoters of a peaceful, supportive and friendly environment. The backyard is large, enclosed and currently shared with the landlord and another tenant.
