Nice, quiet, safe and well established neighborhood. Property is well maintained and fenced. The entrance is shared and protected with a ring camera with a keypad entrance for easy access. There a gas barbecue as well as a gas fire pit for relaxing on your days off. There is also the availability to cook or bake in a full size kitchen. I am a registered nurse and work full time during the day.
