We recently renovated the interior of the apartment with new flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, bathroom and furnishings. The apartment is behind our house, then separated by a large backyard. Gate to enter the backyard is locking. We have a lovely backyard with lots of space between our house and the apartment allowing for privacy or socializing.

Our neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood with all you need close by and lots of friendly neighbors. We have a grocery store within a block, 4th street with lots of restaurants and shopping and close enough to walk or ride a bike to the beach.

Great stay
Great hosts and great apartment! They were kind, flexible, and very helpful. Apartment is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. It was the perfect stay for what I needed, and in a great location!

Had an amazing stay at this apartment in Long Beach! The space was clean and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and great natural light. The location was perfectquiet yet close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The owners were incredibly kind and communicative, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this unitI wish I could have stayed longer!

Although I had a short stay P and T helped out very much with their humble home. Some really nice people who give you your privacy and always asked if you needed anything. Theres always something to do where they live close to everything including the beach. If you can I would recommend them for your stay whether it would be short term or long term.
