Devon was so welcoming and very communicative throughout my stay. The place was clean, spacious, comfortable, and just an all around gem. I had absolutely no issues while living here and it's one of my favorite places I've stayed. So glad my kitty and I were able to stay here during our time in Phoenix :)

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

This is a true gem! It was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and close to all sorts of activities (hiking, eating, night life, etc). The space feels large and has a lot of natural light. The bedrooms are both good sized with nice bathrooms. The master bathroom had a nice big jacuzzi style tube and separate shower. Lots of storage space throughout as well as a large walk in closet in the master. There are TWO patios with comfortable furniture to enjoy the outdoors. One very large patio faces west so every evening we got the perfect view of the notoriously beautiful Arizona sunset. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. As well as the clubhouse and racket ball courts. There wasn't people utilizing the common spaces very often so we usually had them to ourselves! The property owner was responsive, reliable and put a lot of effort into making sure we had a great stay. The neighbors are quiet and courteous. We will definitely return if we have the chance!
