stayed here for 6 months. lovely apartment. the landlord is great very responsive and laid back! very close to the hospital 4 min drive! 8 minute drive to downtown. the neighborhood is quiet and safe. i went jogging many times. highly reccomend!

Excellent home away from home

This place is definitely in a nice location and super quiet. It's about a 4-6 min drive from Memorial Hospital. The location is also great because the expressway is closeby so can head downtown to see the sights. My contract did cancel but it was worth the stay.

Awesome rental in great location!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this rental during my contract in Savannah! It was clean and updated with all needed amenities. Most importantly, I felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. It was also very close to the hospital. R was also a great landlord. Great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It's in the perfect location in Savannah & in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Well maintained apartment. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Savannah.

I had a great experience renting from R. He was very communicative throughout the entire time. The apartment was very nice and updated. Excellent for staying in Savannah for 6 months and near the hospitals. Would definitely recommend renting.

Nice apartment, Bad Management

Rented for a travel assignment (Travel RN). Be aware that all fees are not listed and you'll be surprised when you arrive in Savannah. There is a security deposit. My assignment was canceled, I gave landlord appropriate notice and he asked if I would move out sooner as he had other people interested in the unit. I obliged and put all of this in an email and sent it to both of us for documentation purposes. Communication was abysmal. No response to text if he got the keys. No response to the numerous texts, emails and voice mail I sent inquiring about the return of the security deposit. Deposit was returned eventually but only partially. Again no response from Landlord to numerous texts or emails. I had to text and email him and ask several times to email me the lease for my records . Travel Nurses, be advised, there are many places in Savannah to choose from that are run by people with integrity. I've had a much better experience the 2nd time around.
