Definitely recommend staying here

i stayed here for 3 months during one of my travel contracts. The space and location were great! There is a full kitchen with a pantry. The living space is cozy with the biggest, most comfortable couch I've ever had. Both bedrooms are a good size with tons of closet space. The bathroom is large and the water pressure in the shower is perfect. I traveled with my dog and having a fenced in backyard was such a luxury that we are so sad to be losing. The neighborhood is cute, with a park a few blocks away that me and my dog walked to almost every day. Keri (and her daughter) are both so lovely. Keri was so kind and would watch my dog when i was at work rather than getting a pet sitter on rover. She has 2 dogs that my dog is now best friends with. Keri also lets her renters have a garage parking spot, which is so wonderful, especially during Denver winters! Overall, I would recommend this space to anyone, especially those with pets! I hope to come back and stay here again someday.

Loved it

I loved Keri's place so much I stayed here for a year! She was super welcoming when I first arrived and so kind for the rest of my time here. It has everything you need, especially the garage for the winter snow or random hail storms. The backyard is beautiful, the space is spacious and cozy, furnished with everything you need. Less than 15 minutes from UCHealth with no freeway driving (ideal for people like me who don't like driving in the snow haha!). Living here definitely contributed to making my experience in Denver a positive one and I feel lucky to have found it. If you are on the fence, pick this one :)

Highly Recommend

I stayed with Keri for three months, and she truly made my time in Denver unforgettable. As it was my first time in the city, Keri provided fantastic recommendations and was incredibly flexible with living arrangements. The house came with access to a pool, garage parking, and top-notch appliances that made the stay even better. Upon arrival, everything was spotless and met my expectations, and Keri's communication throughout the entire move-in process was exceptional. I also brought my dog, who had the best time! The fenced backyard was perfect for her, and there was a lovely park just down the street. The neighborhood felt extremely safe, and the location was idealjust a quick 10-minute drive to downtown and 25-30 minutes to the mountains. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back in Denver. No complaintshighly recommend!

A home away from home

I have truly enjoyed staying here. When I first arrived, it was very clean & ready to start living in. Between the two bedrooms, spacious bathroom & kitchen [not to mention your own washer/dryer] and living room, the space felt endless. It was the perfect space to return to after a long shift and relax. An added bonus is the garage! Perfect for Colorado winters and unexpected snow days! Could not recommend this stay enough!

perfect find with the most amazing host

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! the apartment is very cozy and clean, with a very impressive kitchen and 2 nice size bedrooms with ample storage space. there were no issues during the entire stay, and you couldn't ask to feel more welcome. there is a nice little coffee shop to walk to, along with a park in very close walking distance.. The proximity to the city without being in the city is perfect, and there are plenty of restaurants all around. Definitely would stay here again. If you want a homey, comfortable, and clean place with the best host, then look no further.
