My stay at the Casita

The Cassita was a precious and a lovely find for my extended stay in Salinas! Very grateful to have experienced living there. I truly enjoyed the upbeat and fresh feel of this unit. It is away from the busy center of town, quiet and private, but still within 1-3 miles of driving distance for all my shopping needs and other daily necessities. The unit has a combination of great aesthetics plus all the amenities that make daily living very convenient. There is a comfortable bedroom with a nice closet, cleverly designed bathroom and kitchen areas plus washer and dryer. With plenty of storage, it makes it easier to stay organized. There is a great parking space and a fenced-in small yard adds to the "home-y" feeling. Hector (owner) is always super attentive and helpful if there are questions or if there is a need. All in all, my stay there was a very positive experience. I would come back again in the future if I have another assignment.

Salinas Casita

I very much enjoyed my stay in the casita. It is a brand new unit, very clean and full of amenities. There is a gas stove, full size microwave and new washer/dryer in the unit. The bathroom is roomy and has a tub and shower. It is located in a very quiet established neighborhood so good for night shift workers to sleep during the day. If you have a dog there is a private yard to play in. Hector the owner is very accommodating. Me and my pup had a great stay and would definately go back again.

Home away from home!

Loved the casita! Beautifully decorated, gorgeous tile and countertops and all new appliances in this brand new space. I loved the huge closet both in the bedroom and entry way. The bed was super comfortable and the shades are easy to use to have a nice dark sleep. I loved the gas stove which made meal prep a joy to cook. The living room has an huge TV and these awesome skylights for natural light. My dog and I were very comfortable here and enjoyed the patio and fenced in yard everyday. Grocery stores and restaurants close by about 5 min drive, the hospital was a 10-15 min drive and the beach in Monterey was only 30, Carmel was about 35-40. Hector the landlord was very kind and helpful, very responsive when I had questions. I loved living here and would come back if I have another assignment in the area!
