Private bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen. Kitchen has all appliances, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. It is a shared unit, I live here too on the other side in my own private bedroom/bath with my cat Hazel. I'm very courteous and quiet.

Perfect Stay Cozy Apartment and Wonderful Host
I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The place was very clean and incredibly cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The landlord was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, and her cat added a charming and warm touch to the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Great place!
It was an exceptionally clean, quiet, and lovely condo. The host was also very kind, silent, and helpful during my two-month stay. The place was also lovely indeed! If you have a car, everything will be easier but if no, don't worry about transportation; it's only 10-minute walk from two main bus lines in an extremely safe and orderly neighborhood. I also adored the owner and her cat! I sincerely recommend the place to everyone.
