Wonderful Home, Awesome Location - Two Thumbs WAY up
Thrilled to stay at this residence! ULTRA walkable-dining, groceries, coffee, Balboa Park and Zoo (10 min by bicycle) Close freeway access- Coronado within 15 minutes, La Jolla 18 min, and 10 min to Mission Bay. (non-rush hour) The property always meticulously clean-great pool area w/decent water temperature, and gym supports most peoples needs. The townhouse is very comfortable and nicely decorated- gorgeous wood floors and area rugs. Guests have all commented on level of the decor. Beds comfy. Kitchen was well-stocked and had a great window over the farmhouse sink. Washer/dryer-YES! Overall notes that really mattered to me: Owner fantastic every step of the way! If I texted her about anything-quick response and action-she was perfect! Cleanliness and general maint of home-fantastic. 2 reasonably sized underground spots fit SUV. Street parking readily available. AC and water pressure-100%! No neighbor noise via adjoining walls. In my top 5 rentals and would absolutely return.
