Wonderful Home

This house was the perfect place to decompress in the interim of a very intense overseas move. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, safe, and very cute. Suzi, Mike and all the neighbors were kind, friendly, and cheerful. They also defaulted to giving us our space to unwind which, as introverts, we appreciated. We spent the majority of our summer evenings on the porch and patio. The garden always has something beautiful blooming and there's a great selection of shady and sunny spots. We put up a hummingbird feeder and had hummingbird visitors every day. Our kids had a great time throwing a football in the backyard and exploring the neighborhood on their bikes. The house has a fantastically deep tub which my wife greatly enjoyed soaking in. The internet is fast, all the appliances work well, there are adequate pots/pans/dishes/utensils/etc, and the linens Suzi provided are really luxurious.

This is a wonderful cozy home with an ever blooming garden that will keep surprising you all year long! The inside is clean and meticulously decorated. From the inside out, every detail has been well thought out. Suzie and Johnny are responsive and quick to solve any issues (not that there are many to mention) I recommend this enchanting home to anyone looking for a quiet serene environment that's still close to everything!

A Special Place

The home was very clean, cozy, and newly done. Has a space efficient layout and quality exterior/interior building components, lighting, fixtures, etc. Suzi and John are Professional, Authentic, Kind, Warm hearted people. They great landlords and neighbors! We're so glad we met them :) I traveled as a healthcare worker and brought my family along with me for 2 years. We have been renting for some time. Suzi is the best, most thoughtful landlord we have ever had! Although, I know she and John have very busy lives, they were immediately responsive to our needs, and even made special accommodations when we needed. With Johnny's quality craftsmanship and Suzi's intentional designs, it was easy to feel comfortable here. Quiet neighborhood with Nice neighbors. I give my Highest recommendation.
