3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. I am renting out a private room in the home. It is located on the second floor and has a private bathroom (all other rooms are located on the first floor of the house). Private room includes closet space, king-size bed, two dressers, and smart streaming TV. I do have a labrador retriever that is on the property, he is 3 years old and is very easy-going (makes friends with everyone).
