Traumatizing and deeply distressing experience

This was a horrifically traumatizing experience for myself and my service dog. Before I moved in with her, I disclosed my disability and that I have a service animal. I lived with her for 3 long months. Due to my financial and unique circumstances, moving out immediately and living elsewhere, after many red flags became clearer, was not a viable nor realistic option for me, unfortunately. She was aggressive, violent, and threatened my livelihood, safety, and shelter. I submitted a formal report to Furnished Finder with written evidence. This is not a safe and healing environment to live in. Never again. Run, don’t walk. Please take great care you all and be careful out there!

Absolutely horrible experience!

I would not recommend this place for anyone. I had to wait in the rain for 2 hours before was able to get into her apartment in the first day. She was very unwell, her place had very bad smell and it is a mess of the place. The place had no microwave and the linens didn't look clean. Her condition deteriorated in Tuesday, and I had to drive her and her dog to her friend place 30 minutes away, missing my much needed sleep. Wednesday her friend come to the place to find the cat. They made a lot of noises and tried to enter my room while I sleeping which is seriously annoying. I worked night shifts, and I stayed only in a week but the experience seriously harm my sleep schedule badly. She also call to check her place while my sleep time too. Only stayed for a week and definitely don't recommend. Had to move out very much early but still had to pay rent for 7 days without any lease agreement due to her being sick. Recommended avoid at all cost

A Convenient and Comfortable Solution for Traveling Professionals

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully furnished condo in Denver for 5 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of the condo was the stunning views of the city and the mountains from the balcony. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The location of the condo was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and parks. The building itself was well-maintained and secure, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, my stay in this condo was fabulous!

Safe and clean

I loved that I had my own bedroom and bathroom. The property is nearby several grocery stores and the area was super walkable for me and my dog. It's about 20 minutes from the Children's main campus with close access to the freeway. The complex has an indoor pool/tub and gym, an added bonus. The condo front office asked for too much personal information for a parking pass but thankfully there is lots of available guest parking.
