Love love love!

This property is amazing. Very modern, sleek, clean, and the assigned parking spot on premises is priceless in this neighborhood. Jared is a great landlord, quick to respond to any questions and super easy to work with. Easy online payment options. Within walking distance to Maine Med, restaurants, and a park that has weekly farmers markets in the summer. A quick uber ride to many restaurants, bars, Cross arena, and state theater. 10/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Maine!

This place is an absolute steal for Maine! The property is newer, very nice, well kept, and quiet! It is walking distance to Maine Med, many great coffee shops and a sweet park with weekly farmers markets. I felt safe walking to and from work by myself. I enjoyed the homey/modern decor of the apartment. It was equipped with everything you could need. The Renter is wonderful to work with. He is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place for your next contract!
