Amazing host

Rosa was a wonderful host! She was warm, welcoming, and very responsive whenever I reached out. Although I mostly kept to myself during my stay, I truly appreciated every interaction I had with her and her husband—they were always kind and helpful. The space was well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, and then some. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

I cant even begin to describe how amazing my stay was at Oscar & Rosas place. Ive been a travel nurse for 8 years now and this has been one of the best places I have stayed in. This studio apartment was absolutely amazing and had everything you would need for an extended stay. The laundry room is easily accessible and always available, the backyard is peaceful and serene, and the unit is separate and private. I also loved how Oscar & Rosa respected my privacy but were always available and incredibly helpful if there was anything I needed. The unit was also centrally located near grocery stores, a mall, and other shops. It was also less than 10mins from my hospital. Just all around an amazing place to stay. If youre looking for a perfect place for your work assignment, look no further because this is it.

The BEST stay in Fresno

I started staying at this property since November and will be extending. Oscar and Rosa and the sweetest property owners. The house is tucked away in the back of the property. The space is quiet, clean, and everything works properly. There is also on-site laundry, a pool, and fire place. I also have my own parking in the front. There are security cameras and a lock on the gate so I feel very safe. There is heating and cooling, and a little kitchenette that is efficient. The closet space is large and the bathroom is a great size. There is also a desk area for work and a t.v. that swings so you can watch it from any angle. Out of all of my Fresno experiences, I am so happy I got to stay at this unit. I am so grateful for the ability to extend my stay as well.
