Studio apt close to VVMC

I stayed here for 4 months. The unit is clean, quiet, comfy and close to everything in town. Monica is so friendly and amazing in responding to my concerns and messages. Had my own covered parking spot. Its great and safe place to stay in Cottonwood.

This was such a great experience and I'm so happy I decided to book with Monica! The unit was comfortable, quiet, super clean and just a great cozy respite! I was there through the summer and the unit has its own AC which was great at keeping it cool. It's on a Main Street but tucked away and it's super quiet. Monica herself is so friendly, amazing at responding and helped me whenever I needed it. The monthly cleaning service was such an awesome perk and they do a great job! I really have nothing bad to say about this stay or Monica as a host. If I find myself needing a unit again in this area, I'll definitely book with Monica again.

This was an absolute amazing place! Monica was always available for any issues I had. She has a fenced in, beautifully landscaped backyard that was perfect for my dog! If I come back to Cottonwood, this apartment will be the first one I look for! One of the best experiences I've had as a traveler!

Stayed here for 3 months while doing a clinical rotation for the local hospital. The room had everything I needed to live comfortably during that time. A cleaning person even came once a month! Monica is very reliable with payments and even gives you receipts for your rent. I even got my deposit back, which was awesome. No interaction with the landlord is required and a very peaceful location, was able to come and go as I pleased.

Brand new, clean, close to everything. The owner is very attentive. It's a great place to stay!

Everything about this studio was great. All of the amenities you need are provided. If anything is needed, the homeowner will respond quickly.
