Besides the privacy of the bedroom and bath, there is a library for added privacy and change of pace, a large outdoor patio with comfortable tables and chairs, access to a large kitchen and additional garage refrigerator, and an exceptionally clean and tidy environment.

The bedroom, bath, and library are on the second floor. There are 2 tv's, one in the bedroom, and one in the library. We included the library for use by the tenant thinking it would be a comfortable private space for the tenant to entertain a visitor. Very Welcoming Property and Landlords
What a great place to stay! The landlords were very accommodating for my husband who needed a room while finishing with the Army. So welcoming, a comfortable space with plenty of room, private bathroom and they treated him like family. We are so happy his last 5 months in VA finished out so well.

Beautiful house
A is such a sweet woman who is extremely accommodating and thoughtful. It was a pleasure staying in her beautiful house. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. I would definitely come back here if I ever have a reason to visit Charlottesville again!
