This is probably the quietest place you have ever lived. Our street is short and dead-ended with no children and a few quiet dogs. You have a private entrance and personal off-street parking on our property. The kitchen is completely ready for you and even has pots, pans, and utensils. Our backyard is landscaped with 3 big trees and we have bird feeders to keep it active.

This is a very quiet area on a short dead-end street. We are only a 5 minute walk to Yavapai College and a 2 mile drive to Verde Valley Medical Center. Old Town Cottonwood with a variety of restaurants and wine tasting rooms is just a 5 minute drive from this rental.
