Location is very desirable for Seattle. It also has 3 L's for light , light and light with East, North and South exposures. Also very desirable for dark and dreary rainy City winters.
Pleasant , low key north area of Seattle, strictly residental except for corner general store. Ethnic mix of residents, all ages. Very accessible to highway travel, I5 and 99 both very close. Incredible food market choices on Aurora Ave. ( Hwy 99), right next to Northwest Hospital and a variety of neighborhood clinics. Schools public and private nearby. Seattle Park with dog facilities closeby.
Peaceful and Quaint Spot in Northern Seattle
This was a perfect spot if you are looking for something away from the heart of Seattle. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Parking was also very convenient! With major highways nearby, you are only 15-20 minutes from most places you would want to go. And the light rail station at Northgate was a huge bonus if going downtown. The apartment itself was very cozy and as described. It had everything you would need for your stay and was clean upon our arrival. The host was very open with communication and was quick to help if anything was needed while we were there. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Seattle.
