Charming 2 Bedroom Bungalow near Bryan Park

Whether for a short conference, visiting your kids, or for a full semester gig, this is the perfect place for IU visit. The place is tastefully decorated, cosy and comfi, and within a short walk to campus, downtown, and Kroger for groceries. An easy check in and an extremely helpful and resourceful owner make the visit a pleasant experience. All amenities are top notch, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to the park for jogging and rec. I would definitely return to this gem of a house. Highly recommended.

This house is the cutest! The house is perfect for a traveler or a couple. Its renovated and in the perfect neighborhood! There is always people walking outside and Ive always felt safe in the neighborhood. The house is literally a walk away from the park that is huge! There is walking trails, a pool, workout areas, playgrounds, and multiple courts.J and N are the absolute best hosts! They always communicated well and responded quick if I needed anything. The house is very well decorated (reminds me of a house on HGTV) and was very clean! I loved that this place had no bugs! The previous house I was staying at had sooo many bugs so this place was outstanding!! I loved how hot the water can get, in the kitchen and in the shower, the backyard is so cute and has lights on a pergola and a sitting area. Great to have a little picnic out back! The. Bed is very comfortable and there is ample amount of storage! IU hospital was about 12min away, not a bad drive! Would stay here again!
