A place to lay our heads

Were involved in the November 3rd tornado that hit Choctawafter scrambling around for a place to stay while our home was being rebuilt this house popped up & we took it All we had to do was show up with clothes & personal items & Erika took care of the restfully furnished including bedding, towels, dishes & silverware. I have a small dog (under 8lbs) & she took full advantage of the big back yard every chance she got.big enough for her to run around in or just play catchshe lived in that house longer than she had lived at home but she made it hers for the stay Hopefully we wont be in the situation to be away from home for an extended time again.BUT if we do one of my first calls will be to Erika to see if this house is available

Stayed here 7 weeks and was a perfect space for my travel contract needs. Nice, big backyard. Erika was very prompt, responsive, and friendly throughout my stay!

House is nice. Landlord will not keep her word!

I got blamed for damage that a did not do. Good thing I took pictures with timestamp and date to prove what she is saying was not me. The pictures she sent me did not have timestamps at all. She told me she hasn't been to the home for 3 years. Then turned around and said she only owned the home for 1 year. So just beware you will not get your deposit back even if you took great care to the home. She was in the home less than a month before I moved and bragged how good it looked. Also she has her neighbor watch everything that goes on in the home. He reports to her all the time. I'm a travel health professional and would have family stay. My daughter stayed for a couple weeks due to a tough time and she upped my rent from $1600 - 1800. So keep this in mind if you want family to come stay for a bit. I have several landlord recommendations! This is the first time in my life I have encountered someone like this. Just please beware and take timed stamped pictures before you leave!!

Perfect for a travel nurse

Adorable home! Great location with easy access to interstate. E was a gem to work with! Communicated clearly and was always quick to respond to any issues I might have had. Would definitely rent from her again.
