Horrible Place with Shady Landlords

Worst place I've ever stayed. The rugs smelled like pee (they DID replace) and the bathroom stunk like pee the whole time. They told me the unit had a stove but it only had a two burner hotplate. The kitchen sink is just a wet bar sink - you can't even fit a full-sized dinner plate in it. Cooking was next to impossible. The driveway was so horrible to drive up and mice nested in engine of my car and the car of the upstairs tenant. It's quiet at least. They took $130 out of my security deposit without giving me a receipt (CA state law) and said it was a cleaning fee (They hadn't told me about any cleaning fee and the place was cleaner when I left). Unfriendly hosts that looked the other way when you walked past. Uncomfortable, the cheapest of everything, when I moved in all the sheets were stained. Washer/dryer were broken for 2.5 wks and they refused to give me a price adjustment. Bad internet. This place is cheap for a reason - run, do not book unless you want to be miserable!
