Love this ADU so much!!
As a young woman new to Seattle, Christine and Tonys ADU was the perfect home base. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. They went above and beyond to help me get settled and find my way around the city. The apartment itself is absolutely charmingespecially the adorable kitchen and the spacious bedroom with plenty of room to relax and work. As a medical sales rep, I had no trouble getting to hospitals around Seattle. One of my favorite things about living here was the neighborhood. I could walk to my gym in the heart of Ballard, surrounded by amazing restaurants and coffee shops. And even better, Golden Gardens beach is within walking distance too, perfect for sunsets and weekend hangouts! I could honestly go on and on about how much I loved living here. Christine and Tony were incredible hosts- communicative, kind, and always attentive. If you're looking for a peaceful, well located spot with great people, this is it!!

Very comfy and safe neighborhood for travel nurses :) I stayed for 13 weeks and it was a great place to live. Very clean and landlords very attentive! 10/10 recommend:)

A Gem in Ballard
The 9 months I stayed at C & her husband Ts home was wonderful. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Ballard and only a 20 minute drive to UW Montlake where I worked. I lived in the basement suite which had a full kitchen, living room, bathroom all equipped with the essentials, in addition a washer & dryer, and of course a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. The place has a cozy feel, and both C and T were very warm making me feel right at home. I had plenty of privacy, and if anything needed to be fixed or helped with C & T would have it done swiftly. I loved the location because I could get a quiet nights rest after work, and during the weekends the lively Ballard area full of cool shops, bars and restaurants was only a 20 minute walk. I highly recommend Cs home, I would definitely stay here again.
