Wonderful Stay

Very nice and comfortable place. The unit is very clean and spacious. The amenities are a big plus. Great friendly neighbors. Stayed in the unit for a few months and the landlord was super nice and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Austin. Highly recommend

The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It’s in a great area with convenient parking and nice amenities. I loved being within walking distance to OrangeTheory and other shops. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet still close enough to downtown. Megan is wonderful as well - a great communicator and a genuinely kind person. You can tell she truly cares about the place and wants her guests to enjoy their stay as much as she does. It made the whole experience even better.

Right at home

I was fortunate to find Megan's place during the last few months of 2025 before a big move. She has the place set up so nicely that I could just move in my clothes and toiletries and be completely taken care of. The location is very convenient and avoids a lot of the daily Austin traffic. It's less than 20 minutes to the airport, and 5 minutes to several restaurants and a theater. Want to do some shopping in a less hectic area than the Domain? Head to the Galleria. They have several great options but aren't as chaotic. I'd absolutely recommend Megan's place!

Great Stay with a Kind Host

Megan was very kind and responsive throughout my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient, and the location was very close to my workplace and still a reasonable distance from downtown. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

A Warm Welcome to Austin

My stay at Megans place was nothing short of wonderful. Megan is one of the friendliest people Ive ever met; her warmth and kindness shone through from the moment I arrived. She is welcoming, respectful, always kind and but never intrusive. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern vintage feel thats both stylish and comfortable. Its set in the most peaceful neighborhood Ive experienced, which made it a perfect place to relax. While its not right downtown, the location is only a short drive from restaurants, shops, and nightlife, so I never felt far from anything I needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with a host who truly cares.
