The best place you'll ever stay

I truly cannot recommend this property enough. Scott trusted three young college students into his lovely home, and I hope he didn't regret it! Scott, the landlord, will be the greatest, most reliable and ethical landlord you will ever have. The house is beautiful, and during our 9 month stay we didn't have ANY maintenance issues, which is crazy! No bugs at all either! The neighborhood is amazing, with awesome and welcoming people. If you live here, expect to go to fun get together with the entire neighborhood for every holiday! Scott and Billie were basically our second parents while we traversed through our senior year of college. Thank you for the amazing place and all of the memories! I'll cherish it forever!

This place was perfect. My wife and I stayed here for 3 months and couldn't have asked for anything more. So many great restaurants in walking distance, close to downtown and the riverwalk, and the neighbors were all so much fun to hang out with. I spent many weekend nights on the neighbors' porches talking about the meaning of life and travelling. The title of the listing wasn't a lie, it is extremely charming and has the perfect front porch to hang on with an excellent pristine and private backyard to get your sun. Internet was flawless for you work from homers and each room came with a TV. Honestly, it was really hard to leave this place and it truly felt like home during our 3 month stay. We made some new lifelong friends and will absolutely be going back if we ever end up coming back to Tampa. Scott was a top-tier host and was ON IT if we had any questions about the house or the city. Couldn't recommend this place enough!!
