Erica is an amazing and genuine landlord. She has lovely home and takes care of it a lot. I really recommend staying there. I have stayed here. for almost three months and had no issues.

Comfy Oasis
Renting this room was a blessing over a couple months while in a transition period. Super ideal central location really loved close proximity to variety of eats and the ATL airport (6Mins). This home has easy smart lock-entry and the bedroom is very clean, inviting and sunlight. Having the ensuite bathroom was a huge plus. The owner Erica is down to earth and was a pleasant housemate. Greatly appreciated my time here!
