Lovely Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this furnished apartment in San Marco during my rotations at UF and Mayo Clinic. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything my wife and I needed, and we especially appreciated having our own private, gated entrance. The beautiful garden with fresh vegetables was such a unique and relaxing touch. Our hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always responsive whenever we needed anything. The location was perfectclose to the hospitals, highways, great walking areas with restaurants, and just a short 30-minute drive to the beach. We highly recommend this apartment for any medical students doing sub-internships or any short stays in Jax.

Amazing stay

Stayed here for my month long rotation at Baptist medical center. This place was perfect and about a 5 minute drive to the hospital. Safe and quiet area. Walking distance to Publix, restaurants, and shops. The suite itself was beautifully renovated and had everything I needed and more. The hosts were super welcoming, helpful, and respectful of privacy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Jacksonville.

Perfect Spot

I had a wonderful stay over the summer! George and Trisha were absolutely awesome hosts, truly some of the nicest people you could ever meet. The studio itself was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, with a lovely garden space right in front that made for a relaxing start and end to each day. The location couldnt have been better, just a short distance from San Marco Square, which offers great shopping and dining options, and also conveniently close to downtown for work. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful Stay in San Marco During My Rotation

During my rotation at Baptist Medical Center, I had the chance to stay at this lovely mother-in-law suite in San Marco. The location was incredibly convenientjust a short drive to Baptistwhich made commuting during my rotation stress-free. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable, with plenty of local spots to enjoy. After long shifts, it was nice to come back to such a peaceful and welcoming area. The landlords were kind, respectful of privacy, and very responsive, which made the stay even more comfortable. The suite was clean and well-maintained. Id highly recommend it to anyone rotating through Baptist or looking for a cozy, well-located place in Jacksonville.

Truly extraordinary place.

A true haven and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Modern, updated and spacious. Close to downtown, within walking distant to eateries and shops. The landlord is friendly and very accommodating. My only regret is that I had to leave such a wonderful place. To this day I still think about my stay there and how wonderful it was.

Rotations at Baptist

I stayed here whilst rotating at Baptist. The unit is a mother in law suite at the back of the house with a private entrance. Great location in a safe neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Extended Stay

Beautiful studio with a lovely view of the garden. The landlords are wonderful souls who were caring and welcoming. Although the studio is behind the main house, there was plenty of privacy. Extremely safe place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's close to San Marco area with lots of restaurants! Hardly had any issues with the studio itself however, the landlord was quick to respond to messages. This place felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this studio :)

Oh my GOODNESS !

What a gem! The owners and the property are first class. This is a friendly, safe,cozy, ultra modern unit with luxury details to be discovered every day. Tile shower big enough for two people, a relaxing double chase and dining for four! I could have cooked and served my boss a five course meal. T and G have thought of everything and I felt right at home in this private oasis in the swankiest part of town. Walk or bike to the square, Riverwalk, grocery store, coffee and ice cream shops. This place is vacation, youll be blessed to get it booked.
