Steps to light rail and NoDa

Perfect location, perfect place

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the summer. We loved being so close to the center of Noda and the train station a block away made it super easy to take a ride into uptown. A quick walk over the tracks and we were at Soul Gastrolounge or we'd walk a few blocks down the street to Divine Barrel and Great Wagon Road Distillery. And it's a quick drive to Plaza Midwood, the University area, and local breweries like Noda Brewing and Bird Song. For a few bucks, we could grab the Jump transit electric golf cart service and go anywhere in the area. We wish we had more time to take advantage of all the things the area has to offer. Food, shopping, bars - Noda has everything you need without leaving the neighborhood. The house was clean, the king size bed was fab - best sleep I've had in a long time, and the a/c kept it super cool. The fact we didn't have to worry about utilities was icing on the cake. It's a quiet street and the neighbors are nice. It was perfect for us and our pups.

Loved staying here as a travel nurse. Bill was easily reachable and very accommodating. Place was clean and close to everything! 10/10 would stay there again! Thanks Bill!

Close to everything

My family and I rented this location for several months while we were building our house. Bill was very accommodating in any of the request when we found something minor wrong - never a hassle. The house was very comfortable and clean. The location is ideal for anyone who wants quick access to NoDa. If we needed a place to stay for a short term, we would definitely seek out this facility again. Thanks Bill for everything

Home is not as pictured inside and furniture in living room was deplorable

Upon moving in... Exposed wires White couch replaced with stained worn out grey couch Table replaced with a less quality stained table and the chairs replaced that were hard plastic and falling apart The rugs for most of the rooms were not down or in the closet rolled up and smelled like urine Place was not properly punched out as when I moved in dishwasher busted and many other items not attended to. I told him a few months in I wanted to extend from my short term lease to a one year lease. He then stated $200 increase or I take over the landscaping The Kicker to all this is...he said...so what I just needed to replace the couch! After 30k almost in rent over one year...never being late...he has the audacity to ask me why I'm so mad... My response...I paid for a house to look like the pics...you gave me far from what those pics represented and literally squeezed as much money as possible out of me at any possible opportunity
