Comfortable stay, beautiful views, convenient location, safe neighborhood, thoughtful amenities, & great communications.
I spent 3.5 months at this charming, furnished apartment and didn’t want to leave. It truly felt like home, with plenty of privacy and a beautiful view of a horse pasture, foothills, and mountains in the distance. The location was convenient to downtown Boise and my office in Eagle, with easy access to Hill Road for a scenic route around traffic. Being close to the river and foothills was an added bonus, and the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. I could even walk straight to a hiking trail with an amazing view of Boise. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully styled, with all the amenities I needed. When I asked for a coffee grinder, Eva brought one right away and left it at the back door, respecting my privacy. She was kind, funny, and always prompt, clear, and concise in her communication. I highly recommend this place for traveling professionals.
Ideal Idaho living
Wow. I can't say enough good things about this place. The apartment itself is the perfect size with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. E was an amazing landlord - respectful in regard to privacy, but also quick to respond to questions and solve concerns. I felt so comfortable and safe here - which was very important to me since I traveled across the country to live here by myself. Now let's get to the best part... THE HORSES. There's a beautiful view of the neighbor's horse pasture and they quickly became my buddies as feeding them carrots was part of my daily routine. I was so sad to leave this place and anyone who gets to stay here is so lucky. I highly recommend it!
The perfect rental
I almost never give anything 5 stars, but here it's absolutely warranted! The owners (E and B) are now friends of mine. They are kind and immediately responsive to the occasional question or request. The rental unit itself is the perfect size for one person, even for a long term rental. It is quiet, private, and looks out onto a pasture with friendly horses! They are now my friends also, as long as I keep feeding them carrots! The location is also on a quiet street/cul-de-sac. All of the amenities are here, right down to the Keurig coffeemaker. They have thought of everything. I also appreciated the off-street driveway parking spot and the nice pull-out sleeper couch. Everyone that came to visit me loved the brick backsplash in the kitchen! In short, this is the ideal furnished rental situation, and I am sad to be leaving for a new job situation. The next person that books this will be as fortunate as me. Hurry, because it won't last long!
Cozy Studio
Studio is just as described , its centrally located to most of boise and close to garden city. Has lots of open space and even includes an office for those who WFH or have a partner who does. Space gets lots of natural light, but also all windows have pull down blinds which i HIGHLY appreciated when I got switched to nights unexpectedly. Bike friendly area, can easily bike to north end and foot hills which I suggest. Smart Tv with LOTS of streaming selections and you get your own "guest" account, strong wifi, Queen size bed is more on the softer side if that detail is important to you. Kitchen has just two burners and your microwave also doubles as an oven. Studio also has an elliptical , You have a HUGE walk in closet for storage. DID i mention you get a GARAGE parking and space for your bike or paddle board!Eva and her family are super accommodating, and handle any questions issues as they arise don't hesitate to book with them.
