Minutes from Chicago Medical District

Great!

I loved my stay at this apartment. Super spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The landlord was very nice and super quick to respond to any needs. My cat had escaped about a month after moving in and Nicole took it upon herself to walk the neighborhood to help me look for him. I travel alone and as a 25 year old girl from a small town, I never felt unsafe here. The balcony was one of my favorite parts :) only about a 5 minute drive to the medical district. I never had issues finding street parking. I would stay here again!

Excellent space, even better hospitality

This property is an amazing option. The owner is very pleasant and thorough. She went above and beyond to accommodate my family, as we were relocating from Florida. Everything is clean and well presented. Feels like home, rather than a temporary space. It's also in a great area, in case you need to frequent the loop via train. If you have the opportunity to book with her, move quickly because this property should become highly in demand
