Great space walking distance to beach. Fully furnished kitchen and and back deck. Great place to go on vacation in the summer. Note that summer monthly fee is much higher than winter fee. Normally summer (Mid- June - Mid Sept) books out on a weekly basis. The monthly rate for May/June is higher than the offseason rate. Long term stays (32 days) skip the 15% taxes which is nice.
