I would highly recommend leasing with Lori :)! I truly appreciated the private access to the rooms and the outside cameras! I enjoyed the property’s location as well, very ideal and felt safe. Clean housing and Lori was welcoming and responsive to any needs. Would book again :)

This was a great place to stay- very accommodating landlord, very well stocked kitchen, great location, and everything was very well organized. Landlord is very dedicated to making sure you are well taken care of and promptly responds to any issues. I highly recommend!

A must stay

I had a great experience renting this room. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as the photos see on here. I love the fact that every room door is finger print entry. The home was quiet and well-maintained. L*** was respectful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I truly felt welcomed & safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and reliable & safe living arrangement.

Modern and bright

Overall, my experience was nothing but short of amazing. I cant recommend the property highly enough. The space was clean and beautiful, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The fingerprint door lock in each room made me feel safer. The location was perfect, being very close proximity to work and great dining options nearby. I enjoyed afternoon walks in the nearby marina park as well. I had to leave sooner than I wouldve liked to have. The landlord was exceptionally wonderful and understanding to my situation. Cant thank her enough

Awesome remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spaces assigned to each tenant so never had to worry about the parking space. Individual cupboard assigned to each tenants. AC/heating system available. Landlord is awesome. Reach out to landlord with any problem, she will get back to you in few minutes. Well managed house with fingerprint lock system in each room for the privacy that I really loved. Will highly recommend this place.

Amazing Stay

This property was immaculate and updated. The neighborhood was walkable and the home is maybe an 8-10 minute walk from the M which has beautiful views. The space was well equipped with quality sheets, blankets, towels, toiletries, and kitchenware to make your stay smooth and easy. There is a new propane grill in the neatly kept backyard available for use and lounge chairs for some relaxing fun in the sun! L and her husband were amazing hosts and were both very responsive to every need. She made sure all tenants were comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend.

Has everything I need

I had a pleasant stay at L property. She made sure it was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. This place is newly furnished with ample storage. I appreciated the fingerprint lock on each tenants door. I would recommend this place. The neighborhood is quiet and its right next to a golf course/park.
