Brian is awesome!
Brian, his wife Anna, and the dog Happy are all absolutely wonderful. They really made me feel welcome and as "at home" as possible while 1100 miles from my family. The room is clean and in great condition. The yard is kept clean and maintained. The covered parking was great during rain and especially to keep the car cool and out of the the blazing hot sun. The view in the morning and evening, looking out over the water from the dock, was icing on the cake. 10/10 would stay here again.
