I moved into Sheilas property after having a problem with poor communication at another renters rental property and told Sheila my concerns up front . Sheila was extremely helpful throughout my stay , communication was great and she was very prompt in her response time . I would absolutely rent from her again . The property is very conveniently located near several major hospitals in the downtown area. Hopkins within walking distance. Walkable distance to Patterson park . 10 minute drive from canton and even closer to fells point . Property comes with Dishwasher and joint washer/dryer which makes things convenient . Parking pad also available in the back of the property, alleyway is a little tight but maneuverable with a compact car . Street parking is permit only but is only about $20 per year for the permit with the option of purchasing guest passes as well . No trouble finding parking within the block. Be aware of street sweeping days . Overall very pleased with my stay ! Thanks again Sheila !

Awesome Stay

I stayed at Sheilas property about 10 months (Oct 2023-Aug 2024). It is conveniently located to the area hospitals, and sits on a quiet street. The home is beautifully updated and has so much space! The bonus was the parking pad located at the back of the house. Sheila was very responsive and super quick to fix any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
