Charming 2 Bed 1 Bath home close to downtown SLC with a fully fenced in back yard and detached garage

When we arrived, there was a container of rotten food left in the microwave, we had to replace the air filter that looked like it had not been replaced in a year it was so black and caked up, the shower curtain smelled like urine when you turned the shower on, and the towels and wash rags were full of dog hair. I was also told I would be credited $100 for having to hand wash dishes for almost 2 weeks due to the washer not being connected to the water (never received this credit). This house was not worth the 2K or the $250 cleaning fee since it obviously was not cleaned professionally. I will give her credit for getting the A/C "fixed" quickly while we were there as it did get up to 86 inside that house one day. I say "fixed" because her repairman told me he notified her that the unit needed to be replaced as it was over 25 years old and on its last leg, but was not given approval to replace it and only band aid fix it.

Absolutely amazing house with a perfect yard for my pup! Karen is absolutely wonderful and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I recommend staying here 100%

I loved staying at this property during my travel assignment. The house was perfect for my fianc and myself along with our two dogs. The owner is wonderful and great with communication. Plenty of activities and places to eat/drink right around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe when I walked the dogs by myself. Overall a wonderful experience.
